Annette Rose is attentive and responsive to her clients’ needs.  Annette is an Associate with the Employment Law group and focuses on employer defense. She has specific experience in defending against claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, and related wrongful termination claims. Her practice also includes counsel and defense against Labor Code claims, including defense of complex wage and hour class actions.

In addition to her employment law practice, Annette also has significant experience working with and advising hospitality clients. She regularly provides advice and counsel with regard to landlord and tenant relationships, premises liability, and the multitude of regulations applicable to hoteliers in all 50 States. Prior to joining GRSM, Annette provided general and coverage counsel services for public educational entities and guidance regarding the rights and duties of insureds and insurers. 

Between earning her Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor, Annette taught English as a Second Language in Southeast Asia, giving her practice an international perspective. In her spare time, Annette enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and traveling
