Chelsea Baran is an Associate in the St. Louis office of GRSM. Chelsea provides representation in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining GRSM, Chelsea’s practice focused on representing the interests of management in all areas of labor and employment law. She has comprehensive experience in defending clients against employment discrimination claims brought under Federal and State law, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Missouri Human Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, among others.
Chelsea graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law. While completing her legal education, she served as President of the Employment Law Association and was a member of the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She also spent a semester during law school externing for Magistrate Judge Gilbert C. Sison in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois.
