Elizabeth Shuman is Senior Counsel in the Tampa office of GRSM and is a member of the Insurance practice group with focus on General Liability, Professional Liability and Property Insurance. Elizabeth has worked with a wide variety of domestic insurers on matters involving property policies, commercial general liability policies, and professional liability policies. Additionally, she works with insurer clients on variety of pre-litigation matters including coverage analysis.

Elizabeth's practice also includes a variety of matters related to employment. She handles cases representing employers in wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and claims made under the Florida Whistleblower Act. 

Elizabeth takes pride in counseling businesses on a wide variety of practice areas nationwide, including, products liability, personal injury, professional liability, and employment matters. Elizabeth has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal courts in Florida.  
Elizabeth enjoys fostering a relationship with each client to better understand their business or circumstances to ensure their individual goals are met and expectations exceeded throughout litigation.

Elizabeth graduated from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, she held a variety of academic and leadership positions. Elizabeth received multiple academic honors during her law school career including Honor Roll, First-Year Appellate Advocacy Competition Round Winner and Highest Grade Designation in Criminal Procedure.
