Greg Gruzman is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM and is a member of the Product & General Liability and Automotive Litigation and Autonomous Vehicles practice groups. He brings over a decade of extensive hands-on litigation experience to his practice which focuses on defending business and insurance clients in a variety of matters with particular expertise in admiralty and maritime law, automotive product liability, complex consumer litigation, personal injury and general products liability.
Greg has successfully represented and advised clients in a wide-range of complex commercial disputes, in both state and federal courts at pre-trial, trial and appellate levels, handling all phases of litigation in defense of Longshore Act and Defense Base Act claims, Jones Act litigation, cargo claims, personal injury defense, subrogation, recreational boating, product liability and marine insurance matters. Greg has tried several matters to verdict in both state and federal court and has extensive experience mediating high-value matters.
Prior to joining GRSM, Greg practiced at the San Francisco office of an Am Law 200 firm and was a partner at a busy litigation practice of a boutique maritime law defense firm in San Francisco.
