J. Patrick Allen is experienced in handling individual, class and representative actions on behalf of employers in state and federal court, as well as private arbitrations.
His practice includes all aspects of labor and employment law, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
In addition to litigation, Patrick also advises and counsels clients on employment-related issues and conducts internal investigations as needed to ensure compliance with California and federal law.
