Joseph M. Samuels is an Associate in the Westchester office of GRSM. He is a member of the firm's Professional Liability practice group. Joseph focuses his practice on defending clients in matters of general liability, premises liability and construction accidents.
Joseph graduated from Washington College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. He attended University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2019. During law school, he was a staff editor on the University of Baltimore Law Review.
During law school, Joseph interned for the Honorable Shirley M. Watts for the Maryland Court of Appeals, the Honorable Michael Wachs for the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, and the Maryland Office of the Attorney General Organized Crime Unit. From these opportunities, he gained hands-on experience in a wide variety of legal matters.
