M. Josh Masser is an Associate in the Portland office of GRSM. He is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability Defense, and Insurance practice groups. While he has a breadth of experience in commercial disputes, Josh’s practice focuses on contract and business tort disputes, as well as professional liability defense on behalf of real estate brokers, accountants, trustees, engineers, lawyers, and corporate directors and officers.
At his previous firm, Josh gained experience in commercial and business litigation. With his driven and creative approach, Josh proactively delves into the toughest legal questions facing businesses and certified professionals in complex commercial litigation today.
During his time in law school, Josh clerked for multiple private law firms and the Multnomah County Attorney, and served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon.
