Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has been ranked among the most active firms in copyright and trademark litigation in a new report published by Lex Machina, a LexisNexis® Company.

The report, Copyright and Trademark Litigation Report 2021, compares data across the three-year time period from the beginning of 2018 to the end of 2020 and examines the latest trends and insights from copyright and trademark litigation. This report includes data-driven insights into the behavior of courts, judges, parties, and law firms.

The report ranks Gordon & Rees among the most active firms in the following areas:
