Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Miami Senior Counsel Chantel Wonder has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Florida Small Claims Rules Committee for 2022-2023. She has been a member of the committee since 2017.
Wonder is a member of the Insurance, Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Consumer Protection Litigation practice groups. She represents clients in class actions, federal and state litigation, including breach of contract actions, commercial litigation, consumer protection litigation, including the FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA, as well as claims arising under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUPTA), and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA).
