Raleigh Senior Counsel Kendra N. Stark has been selected to the 2023 Legal Elite list by Business North Carolina magazine. The list will be featured in its January 2024 issue.
The Legal Elite list is dedicated to highlighting lawyers who are acknowledged by their peers as the best practitioners in their fields. Of the thousands of practicing lawyers in the state, only four percent, those with the most peer votes, were selected for the Legal Elite list for 2023.
Stark focuses her practice on professional liability matters, including the defense of healthcare providers, veterinarians, attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, and architects and engineers in both lawsuits and in front of their respective licensing boards. She also has substantial experience defending Section 1983 deliberate indifference cases against correctional medical providers. Stark regularly represents design professionals in construction defect and delay claims, defends complex commercial and business actions, and handles bid protests at the Government Accountability Office.
