Employment Attorney (4+ yrs)

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm that continues to grow, is expanding its Employment Practice Group and has multiple immediate openings for Employment Attorneys in its San Francisco/Oakland offices.

Candidates must have at least four years of substantial employment litigation experience. Wage and hour class action experience is a plus, but not necessary. The same is true of counseling experience. This position requires excellent analytical, research, writing and verbal/oral communication skills, and a commitment to client service. Senior Associates and Senior Counsel assume primary responsibility for overseeing employment matters; accordingly, this position is for a motivated attorney seeking opportunities to have significant client contact and day-to-day case handling, while working in a collaborative environment.

Employment Trial Attorney (10-15 yrs)

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking an Employment Trial Attorney for its San Francisco (or Oakland) office.  Candidates must be senior-level, experienced employment lawyers with 10-15 or more years of employment litigation experience (wage and hour class action work is not required but a definite plus), with significant first chair trial and binding arbitration experience, to manage an active litigation case load and supervise junior attorneys.  The candidate must possess exceptional academic credentials, impeccable writing skills (persuasive and analytical), strong oral advocacy skills, and solid organizational skills.  The candidate must also be a team player.  A book of portable business is a plus.

Candidates must be licensed in California.
