Administrative Coordinator

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a National law firm, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for its Seattle office. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting with new hires & processing paperwork, submitting expense reimbursements, inventory of supplies, payroll calendaring, coordinating tasks and coverage for staff, as well as miscellaneous admin tasks as needed.

Applicants must have excellent organizational, verbal and computer skills (MS Word and Outlook). Candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, self-motivated and able to work in a team-structured environment.  Prior experience working in a law firm beneficial.  We offer a friendly, business casual environment; competitive salary and full benefits package.
