Phoenix Office co-managing partner Leon Silver will serve as Dialogue Leader at the Sedona Conference Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability's Annual Meeting, December 1-2, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Silver will lead a discussion from 11:45 - 1:00 on December 2, regarding the group's brainstorming outline titled "Data Breach Response Guide". Shortly after this meeting, WG11 plans to release its first-ever public comment publications, The Sedona Conference Data Security Compendium, The Sedona Conference Data Privacy Primer, and The Sedona Conference Commentary on Reasonable or Unreasonable Data Security Measures. Among other sessions, the meeting will feature a data protection regulator roundtable, with representatives of the FTC, FCC, SEC and the Office of the Arizona Attorney General participating.
