On January 13, 2016, Austin partner Jeff Lilly will moderate a panel of other esteemed IADC trial lawyers as part of a Webinar presentation on “Trying the Products Liability Case: Tips and Strategies from Pros.”
The presentation will discuss strategies regarding pre-trial motions, remote trial testimony by video, complex medicine and science, cross-examination of plaintiffs, jury instructions and closing.
