Gordon & Rees New York Partner Mercedes Colwin Moderates at the 13th Annual EPLI ExecuSummit

New York partner Mercedes Colwin will moderate a two-person panel discussion titled "Wage and Hour Update: Impact of the change in administration, new policies and the recent litigation developments" at the 13th Annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) ExecuSummit on September 26, 2017 in Uncasville, Connecticut. Panelists include Joanne Lloyd-Bragg, Esq., Vice President at AXIS Insurance, and Samantha J. Manfredini, Esq., Assistant Vice President at EPLI Aon Risk Solutions.

The EPLI ExecuSummit is a comprehensive day and a half educational event designed for EPL insurance professionals. The conference features distinguished presenters that will share the essential EPL insurance underwriting and claims intelligence.

Mercedes Colwin is the Managing Partner of Gordon & Rees's New York offices. She handles a wide variety of litigation including employment law, commercial litigation, products liability, civil rights violations and criminal law.  Ms. Colwin has successfully tried 49 cases to verdict in various jurisdictions throughout the nation and regularly defends executives from Fortune 500 companies charged with allegations of wrongdoing, including claims of sexual misconduct.
