As part of the firm’s 2017 National Professional Liability Webinar Series, Gordon & Rees will hold a webinar titled “Avoiding Malpractice Exposure When Providing Documents to the Client,” on May 17 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST.

The live, bi-monthly webinars offer free, practical tips on current and emerging legal issue for professionals to more effectively manage their practice. Gordon & Rees attorneys provide claims professionals, in house and general counsel, and attorneys in all practice areas with a convenient way to stay up to speed with simple steps they can implement to protect themselves and their firms from malpractice exposure.

For the May webinar, attorneys from Gordon & Rees’s Professional Liability Defense Practice Group will discuss how to avoid malpractice exposure and comply with fiduciary duties in relation to providing documents to the client. Gordon & Rees partner Eric Deitz and senior counsel John Fraher will provide helpful tips and examples regarding client files, client funds, case status reports, bills, and privileged documents. A Q&A session will follow the webinar.
