Gordon & Rees to Present March 21 Webinar on Evaluating Damages in a Legal Malpractice Claim

As part of the firm’s 2018 National Professional Liability Webinar Series, Gordon & Rees will hold a webinar titled “Evaluating Damages in a Legal Malpractice Claim,” on March 21 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST.

The live, bi-monthly webinars offer free, practical tips on current and emerging legal issue for professionals to more effectively manage their practice. Gordon & Rees attorneys provide claims professionals, in house and general counsel, and attorneys in all practice areas with a convenient way to stay up to speed with simple steps they can implement to protect themselves and their firms from malpractice exposure.

For the March webinar, attorneys from Gordon & Rees’s Professional Liability Defense Practice Group will discuss the keys to successfully resolving malpractice claims. Gordon & Rees partners Susan Wall and Hal Frampton will guide attendees in developing a persuasive damages evaluation with regard to liability analysis, direct damages, emotional/non-economic damages, consequential damages, and punitive damages. A Q&A session will follow the webinar.
