Gordon & Rees to Present January 24 Webinar on Malpractice and Ethical Pitfalls in the Marijuana Practice of Law

As part of the firm’s 2018 National Professional Liability Webinar Series, Gordon & Rees will hold a webinar titled “Malpractice and Ethical Pitfalls in the Marijuana Practice of Law,” on January 23 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST.

The live, bi-monthly webinars offer free, practical tips on current and emerging legal issue for professionals to more effectively manage their practice. Gordon & Rees attorneys provide claims professionals, in house and general counsel, and attorneys in all practice areas with a convenient way to stay up to speed with simple steps they can implement to protect themselves and their firms from malpractice exposure.

For the January webinar, attorneys from Gordon & Rees’s Professional Liability Defense Practice Group will discuss recent ethics opinions, bar discipline and malpractice claims against practitioners in the Marijuana industry. Gordon & Rees partner Heather Kelly and associates Greg Hearing and Chrsitine Kroupa will provide helpful practice pointers for attorneys practicing Marijuana law. A Q&A session will follow the webinar.
