Brenda Radmacher to Moderate Webinar “What General Counsel Wants from Outside Counsel” on July 29

On Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 10 a.m. Pacific, Los Angeles partner Brenda Radmacher will moderate a panel entitled, "In the Pandemic Age: What Does General Counsel Want from Outside Counsel" with the Society of Construction Law – Southern California Region.

This free webinar will feature a panel discussion on how COVID-19 has affected what general counsel wants from outside counsel. Along with Radmacher, Michael J. Bayard of ADR Construction will serve as a moderator with panelists to include Laura Abrahamson of AECOM, Todd Bressler of Bernards, Thomas Loegering of PCL Construction, and Walker Matthews of Southern California Edison.

The Society of Construction Law (“SCL”) North America is one of many international sections of SCL founded in 1983 to promote study and research in the field of construction law. This opportunity offers 1.5 MCLE credit hours with webinar attendance (California only).

Radmacher focuses her practice on construction law and is called on as a counselor, litigator, and noted speaker in regard to issues involving land owners, general contractors, developers, builders, and design professionals. She has a varied practice with significant experience in representing companies to address risk management issues, handling their litigation, and drafting critical documents and procedures.
