Danielle K. Little Joins GRSM as Employment Partner in San Diego

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Danielle K. Little as a Partner in the firm’s San Diego and Ontario offices. She strengthens the Employment practice, deepening the firm’s bench in Southern California.

Before joining GRSM, she was a Partner at another AmLaw 100 law firm, handling general liability and ADA compliance matters. Little has extensive experience handling labor and employment, ADA compliance, complex tort, premises liability, landlord-tenant, auto liability, public entity liability, business litigation, real estate, contractual disputes, appellate and criminal defense matters.

Little also has experience handling employment and licensure matters before the EEOC, the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing, the California Labor Commissioner’s Office, the California Department of Social Services, the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training, the California Board of Registered Nursing, and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Little is admitted to practice in California, New York, the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, her master’s degree with a concentration in Creative Nonfiction from Sarah Lawrence College, and her undergraduate degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.
