Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Evan Carr as a Partner in the firm’s Indianapolis office. He enhances the Commercial Litigation, Appellate, and Trial practices, strengthening the firm’s presence in Indiana.
Carr is a trial and appellate lawyer who represents clients in complex business and commercial disputes across a wide range of industries. His experience spans breach of contract and related business tort matters involving manufacturing and supply chain issues, enforcement and counseling on restrictive covenants such as non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, commercial real estate transactions, insurance coverage and indemnification disputes, financial services litigation, local government revenue sharing and economic development matters, higher education and accreditation issues, and business ownership and corporate governance disputes.
