Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes G. Dewey Hembree III as a Partner in the firm’s Jackson office. He enhances the Commercial Litigation practice, bolstering the firm’s presence in Mississippi.
Hembree is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, focusing on title insurance, consumer finance, and complex business disputes. He has successfully represented clients in more than 100 trials to verdict, including numerous jury trials, in both state and federal courts across Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas. His litigation experience also extends to bankruptcy and appellate courts, where he has handled a wide range of cases with skill and precision.

He is admitted to practice in Mississippi, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits. He earned both his law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Mississippi.
