Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has been ranked No. 7 nationally for lateral partner additions among Am Law 200 firms, according to a recent analysis published by The American Lawyer. The ranking reflects lateral partner hires during the 2025 hiring year and places GRSM among a small group of firms driving a significant share of partner movement across the legal industry.
According to the report, the top 20 firms accounted for more than one-third of all partner additions across the Am Law 200. GRSM’s placement at No. 7 underscores the continued demand for its national platform and the strength of a model built around geographic reach, collaboration, and long-term growth.
