Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is pleased to announce the formation of its Firmwide Management Council, a strategic leadership group designed to enhance operational excellence as the firm continues its growth nationwide.
“The establishment of the GRSM Management Council is a truly inflective moment for our firm’s operations,” said Firmwide Managing Partner, Adam Sugarman. “The members bring unique and diverse perspectives that will make us much stronger and greatly enhance our ability to execute on a broad spectrum of firmwide initiatives.”
The Management Council is responsible for overseeing key strategic areas of firm operations and development. Working closely with Firmwide Management, these leaders will help drive initiatives that support GRSM’s continued growth, strengthen collaboration, and enhance service to clients, attorneys and professional staff across the firm’s nationwide platform.
The following partners have been appointed to serve on the Management Council:
Stephanie Jones, Chief Operating Partner
Stephanie Jones will serve in the role of Chief Operating Partner. Jones will collaborate with Firmwide Management on the implementation of various operational and executive initiatives, and have oversight of the firm’s daily attorney operations, hours monitoring, IT, HR, and general firm operations. She will also act as a critical liaison between the Council and Firmwide Management.
Mark Posard, Chief Platform Partner
Mark Posard will serve in the role of Chief Platform Partner. Building off the firm’s unique 50-state platform, Posard will have oversight of the firm’s platform infrastructure, including continued geographic office expansion and development, real estate and associate recruiting programs.
Nancy Erfle, Chief People Partner
Nancy Erfle will serve in the role of Chief People Partner. Erfle will have oversight of attorney relations, retention, and development, including training, mentorship, equality and inclusion efforts, and additional team building and infrastructure enhancements that support attorneys and professional staff across the firm.
Hayes Ryan, Chief Recruiting Partner
Hayes Ryan will serve in the role of Chief Recruiting Partner. Ryan will oversee the firm’s lateral partner recruiting efforts, including strategic outreach, promotion of the GRSM platform, and coordination of external initiatives geared towards prospective lateral candidates.
Brandon Saxon, Chief Efficiency Partner
Brandon Saxon will serve in the role of Chief Efficiency Partner. Saxon will oversee key aspects of the firm’s financial controls and implement new efficiencies across the firm, particularly in the areas of general expense management, vendor management, accounts receivable, attorney marketing, and other related opportunities.
The Firmwide Management Council will work closely with the previously announced Firmwide Leadership team, Executive Committee, and Regional Oversight Partners.
The creation of the Management Council reflects GRSM’s ongoing commitment to investing in leadership, strengthening collaboration, and positioning the firm for continued success as it continues to expand its national platform and serves clients across all 50 states.
