Allison Becker and Kendra Stark were recognized in the Law Firm Mentor & Mentee Collaboration category. Becker was nominated by Stark for her commitment to fostering the next generation of attorneys. Throughout her career, Becker has been a dedicated mentor, with a particular focus on empowering women in the firm, providing guidance, support, and advocacy at critical stages of attorneys’ professional development. Stark, who has thrived under Becker’s mentorship, credits her with playing a transformative role in shaping her career and navigating the complexities of the legal industry. Through their collaborative work in launching the firm’s Correctional Healthcare practice, Becker’s mentorship has contributed to both individual and firmwide success, creating a legacy of leadership and empowerment for future generations of attorneys.
