Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is pleased to announce that for the tenth consecutive year, it has received a score of 100 on the 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF).
The 2026 CEI report evaluated LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, the support of an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility. With a 100% score for meeting all CEI criteria, GRSM joins the 534 U.S. businesses that will be honored with HRCF’s Equality 100 Award as Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
“With efforts like the LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, we work to foster advocacy, mentorship, and meaningful connections that cultivate a strong sense of community,” shared Dominic Campodonico, Co-Chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Group. “These initiatives help ensure that everyone has opportunities to connect, grow, and feel fully supported, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.”
GRSM’s unique presence in all 50 states provides a powerful foundation for creating an inclusive and supportive workplace, ensuring GRSM offers equal opportunity for all. The firm has a long-held belief that diverse perspectives and equal opportunity are both good for business and good for people. The firm’s Mansfield Rule Certification since 2024 underscores this commitment and reflects our alignment with best practices that are inclusive, equitable, and transparent.
“Earning a score of 100 for the tenth year in a row is a testament to our firm’s shared commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive,” stated LGBTQ+ Affinity Group Co-Chair Erika Shao. “We take great pride in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all of our employees.”
The firm is committed to creating equal opportunities for all, including through the Leadership Equality and Diversity (“LEAD”) Program, which focuses on developing future leaders across the firm. This initiative has been designed to foster professional growth, leadership development, advancement, and to strengthen leadership pathways for all, including those from historically underrepresented backgrounds. In addition to its focus on attorneys, the LEAD Program also encompasses GRSM’s administrative and professional staff to ensure equality in leadership development and career progression across all roles of the firm.
In addition, the firm has seven active affinity groups: African American, Asian American Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, Jewish, LGBTQ+, South Asian, and Women’s Initiative. Each affinity group has its own established objectives and initiatives addressing the unique concerns and goals of its members while upholding the firm’s commitment to provide support and resources to all. Membership is open to all attorneys who share the affinity or are allies.
Diversity Committee Co-Chair Laura De Santos reinforced the significance of achieving a 100% score for the past decade, stating, “This recognition affirms our continued dedication to keeping inclusion embedded throughout our culture.”
