GRSM Climbs Law360’s 2025 Diversity Rankings, Top 10 for Women in Law and Equity Partner Diversity

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has again been recognized in Law360’s annual Women in Law Report and Diversity Snapshot, earning recognition among the top firms nationwide for representation of women and diverse attorneys. These results reflect the firm’s continued commitment to advancing representation across its ranks.

In the Women in Law Report, the firm climbed two spots to No. 7 among firms with 601+ attorneys. GRSM particularly stands out in its associate ranks, where 53.9% of associates are women, and in leadership, with 25% women equity partners.

“This recognition reflects the diverse talent and leadership of our attorneys across the country,” said Debra Ellwood Meppen, National Chair of the Women’s Initiative. “Our strong associate pipeline shows promise for the future, and as the firm grows, we remain focused on ensuring these attorneys have the opportunities, mentorship, and support they need to advance into leadership roles.”

In the Diversity Snapshot, the firm advanced from No. 69 to No. 62 nationally, moving up seven places among all firms surveyed. GRSM was also ranked No. 9 for equity partner diversity among firms with 601+ attorneys, underscoring its longstanding commitment to building representation and inclusion throughout the firm.

With 1,800 attorneys licensed in all 50 states and more than 85 offices nationwide, GRSM leverages its national platform to foster inclusion at every level of the firm. These recognitions underscore the firm’s role as a leader in advancing representation across the legal profession.
