The list considers factors such as the quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, and career opportunities and professional development. This marks the firm’s second consecutive year being recognized on this list.
U.S. News employs a comprehensive methodology for its list of Best Companies to Work For. It incorporates six metrics inspired by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and gathers data from external sources like Revelio Labs and Leopard Solutions. Factors such as employee sentiment and legal market research influence the resulting list and scores.
