Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Of Counsel Qing Guo has been named a “New Leader of the Bar” in the 2025 New Jersey Legal Awards, presented by the New Jersey Law Journal.
The New Jersey Legal Awards celebrate trailblazers, innovators, and dedicated professionals who have made a lasting impact on the state’s legal landscape and beyond, including the “New Leaders of the Bar” award, formerly known as “40 Under 40.” The list identifies a select group of distinguished attorneys for their outstanding career achievements, exceptional potential within New Jersey’s legal community, and for their contribution to the legal community through their leadership in bar and community activities, lectures, and involvement. Winners in each category will be announced on October 30 at an awards dinner at The Westin Governor Morris in Morristown, New Jersey.
Guo concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, class action defense, and appeals before state and federal courts. She has extensive experience representing clients in matters ranging from complex commercial litigation, the enforcement of and defense of post-termination restrictive covenants, employment discrimination claims (Title VII, ADEA, NJLAD, CEPA), constitutional violation allegations, contested probate litigation, and landlord-tenant matters. Guo is well-versed in filing and defending orders to show cause, seeking temporary restraints, and pursuing summary actions in state and federal courts.
