Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is pleased to announce that Partner Nicole Young has been named Assistant Managing Partner of the firm’s Jacksonville, Florida, office. In her leadership role, Young will work alongside Jacksonville Managing Partner Heather Gwinn, who also leads the firm’s Tennessee offices, to guide the Jacksonville office’s continued growth and strengthen support for clients across the Southeast.

Young focuses her practice on commercial litigation, successfully litigating cases at every stage, from pre-suit negotiations to trial. She is known for her strategic advocacy, practical problem-solving, and results-oriented approach. Young is committed to legal education and mentorship, having served as an adjunct instructor at the University of North Florida, where she taught Legal Ethics, Standards, and Values. She has also contributed to the development of Florida’s legal system through her service on The Florida Bar’s Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee and Small Claims Rules Committee, where she served as Committee Chair.
