Wess provides strategic defense counsel to clients across a spectrum of complex litigation matters. Based in the Portland office, she has built a reputation for her adept handling of high-stakes cases involving premises liability, product liability, transportation and trucking claims, environmental and toxic torts, commercial disputes, construction defects, professional liability, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. Beyond her litigation practice, Wess is deeply committed to the legal community, having served on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, where she contributed to advancing defense practices and legal education in the region.
