Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Heidi Nichols as a Partner in the firm’s Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices. She strengthens the Commercial Litigation, Energy and Natural Resources, Class Action Defense, Environmental and Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and Insurance practices, expanding the firm’s capabilities in Oklahoma.
Nichols is an experienced commercial litigator who advises and defends clients in high-stakes and complex disputes. Her practice spans a broad range of complex litigation areas, including, but not limited to, contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, environmental claims, wrongful death, insurance coverage, and mass tort defense. She is also experienced in class actions and multidistrict litigation.

She has received a Best Lawyers in America© distinction in Oil and Gas Law, Commercial Litigation, and Mass Torts Litigation/Class Actions – Defense since 2021.
Nichols is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits. She earned her law degree from St. Louis University and her undergraduate degree from Ithaca College.
