John Palmeri is recognized for his distinguished career in complex civil litigation, with a focus on the defense of professional liability matters involving lawyers, physicians, directors and officers, architects, and engineers. As the firm’s Professional Liability Practice Group Leader, Palmeri has tried dozens of cases to verdict in federal and state courts and has secured multiple multimillion-dollar settlements and judgments for his clients. He is also widely respected for his appellate advocacy, having argued precedent-setting cases in both federal and state appellate courts.
Peter Siachos is nationally recognized for his work as a trial attorney handling franchise, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and other complex, high-exposure matters across the country. As Co-Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Class Action Practice Groups, Siachos has taken 77 trials to verdict and has represented clients before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and domestic and international arbitration panels in all 50 states. His practice spans antitrust, consumer protection, franchise and distribution disputes, mass torts, environmental and toxic tort matters, product liability, financial institution litigation, transportation, and employment matters, among others.
