Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes John Pennington as a Partner in the firm’s Alexandria office. He strengthens the Commercial Litigation and Antitrust practices, bolstering the firm’s presence in Virginia and the surrounding areas.

His litigation practice is focused on antitrust, intellectual property, and class action matters. He handles a wide array of commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country.

He is admitted to practice in Virginia, North Carolina, the District of Columbia, the Supreme Court of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He earned his law degree from George Washington University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
