Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes back Kimberly Sheridan as a Partner in the firm’s Atlanta office. Sheridan, who practiced with the firm from November 2013 to March 2023, returns to further enhance the Commercial Litigation practice and support the firm’s continued growth in Georgia.

Sheridan brings extensive experience in construction, environmental and toxic tort, professional liability, and personal injury litigation. She is a seasoned litigator who manages matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and has represented clients in complex, high-stakes disputes throughout the Southeast. Sheridan prioritizes early evaluation of client objectives and applies creative, strategic thinking to achieve the most efficient and effective resolution.
She is admitted to practice in Georgia, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. A Georgia native, Sheridan earned both her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia, where she was awarded the prestigious Foundation Fellowship and graduated summa cum laude before pursuing a career in law.
