Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Lyndsey Caldwell as a Partner in the firm’s Livingston office. She strengthens the Professional Liability Defense practice, expanding the firm’s capabilities in New Jersey.
Caldwell’s practice focuses on defending a wide range of claims, including professional malpractice, bodily injury, employment disputes, and commercial litigation. She has represented a diverse group of clients, including businesses, professionals, special interest organizations, and financial institutions.

She is admitted to practice in Oregon, New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of New York. She earned her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
