Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Nina Webb-Lawton as a Partner in the firm’s Columbus office. She strengthens the Environmental and Toxic Tort practice, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in Ohio.
Webb-Lawton brings extensive litigation experience across diverse fields such as toxic tort defense, employment law, contract disputes, antitrust issues, and appellate advocacy. She has also successfully defended complex cases involving asbestos, silica, and benzene.
“I am excited for the opportunity to work with a dynamic team defending a wide variety of toxic tort cases across the country,” said Webb-Lawton.
She is admitted to practice in Ohio, California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her undergraduate degree in Russian and Soviet Studies from Oberlin College.
She has also received a Best Lawyers in America© “Lawyer of the Year” distinction in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants for 2025.
