Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes James A. Niquet as a Partner, who brings extensive experience serving as National Coordinating Counsel for major manufacturing corporations across the United States. In this role, Niquet assists clients with litigation strategy, risk management, and process audits, leveraging a cost-effective, solutions-oriented approach to complex litigation.
With a broad background in product liability, toxic tort, and professional malpractice defense, Niquet has managed and tried high-risk cases to verdict, including catastrophic injury and mass litigation matters. He currently defends manufacturers, contractors, utilities, and premises owners across the Midwest and South, and has a proven record of success in coordinating nationwide defense efforts.

Niquet earned both his law and undergraduate degrees from Marquette University and is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, multiple federal district courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
