Partner Todd R. Regan has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Construction Panel of Arbitrators.
The AAA Construction Arbitration Panel is a group of experienced professionals, such as construction attorneys, engineers, and retired judges, who serve as neutral arbitrators for construction disputes. They are selected based on their experience in the construction industry, professionalism, and integrity, and follow the AAA’s Construction Industry Arbitration Rules to administer binding, but private, resolutions for disputes arising from high-value projects, from infrastructure to residential construction.
Regan has nearly 25 years of experience litigating complex construction disputes throughout the country. He was voted by his peers as a Best Lawyers in America© “Lawyer of the Year” for construction law in 2022, 2024, and 2026.
