Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Shannon Burr as a Partner in the firm’s New Orleans office. She strengthens the Construction practice, deepening the firm’s bench in Louisiana.
With more than 20 years of experience, she has litigated and advised clients, including Fortune 500 companies, on a broad range of matters. Her primary areas of practice include complex construction disputes, trucking, hospitality, commercial leasing, and coverage and transactional issues across various industries.
“I am excited to join GRSM and contribute to growing the firm’s presence in Louisiana alongside its talented bench of attorneys throughout the country,” said Burr.
Burr is admitted to practice in Louisiana. She earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School, where she also obtained a Certificate of Specialization in Admiralty Law. Additionally, she holds an undergraduate degree from Newcomb College of Tulane University.
She is also an active member of the Construction Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute and the Louisiana State Bar.
