Milch is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fifth, and Eighth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his law degree from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree from Hobart College.
