Alise N. Abel focuses her practice on employment matters. She has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation in both state and federal court as well as in arbitration, including representing employers in such claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act as well as employment claims arising under state law. She also has extensive experience in advising employers as to employee matters as well as drafting applicable employment policies.
