Aaron S. Jayman is a Partner in the Harrisburg office of GRSM and a member of the Healthcare and Professional Liability Defense practice groups. Aaron’s entire career has been devoted to insurance defense, including nursing home, medical and dental malpractice, premises liability and general liability.  For the last two decades, Aaron has defended countless professional liability claims on behalf of hospitals, physicians, nurses, dentists and long-term healthcare providers.  

Prior to entering private practice, Aaron served as an attorney at the Medical Professional Liability Catastrophe Loss Fund of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the predecessor to the Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Fund.  While there, Aaron oversaw excess and statutorily covered medical professional liability claims.

Aaron serves on arbitration panels for the Cumberland County court system hearing civil cases that fall under the county's mandatory arbitration rules. He has represented numerous healthcare providers in both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies.
