Abbey Blanford focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes arising from a wide range of commercial relationships. Her work includes all stages of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, drafting written discovery, taking and defending depositions, assisting in trial preparation, drafting and arguing motions, participating in depositions of fact and expert witnesses, and attending trial.
