Abigail “Abby” Kregor focuses her practice on representing businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation, including commercial disputes and professional liability matters. Abigail has wide experience defending insurers in coverage disputes and first-party bad faith actions, as well as representing insurance agencies and employers in a variety of claims. She also has a strong background in ERISA matters, handling disputes related to employee benefits and fiduciary obligations.
