Adrienne Stonecypher has extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts on a wide array of complex civil litigation matters including personal injury defense, premises liability, trucking defense, deceptive trade practice litigation, products liability, construction defect, and alcohol liability. While the majority of her experience is in general civil liability, prior to joining the firm, Adrienne’s practice areas included family law and estate planning, as well as education law with a specialized focus in public finance.
- Served as first defense chair in a multimillion-dollar civil lawsuit in which a full defense verdict was secured for a high-profile corporate client
- Successfully argued and won numerous motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss at both the state court and federal court levels
- Authored multiple successful appellate briefs and writs of mandamus
- Over the course of nearly 30 transactions, worked as part of a two-attorney team to secure over $600 million in municipal bond funding for public schools throughout Texas
