Alexander C. Jurado focuses his practice on complex construction litigation, construction and real estate contract drafting, and construction transactional matters. Over his career, Alexander has represented developers, contractors, engineers, design professionals, construction managers, product manufacturers, and owners in numerous types of construction claim, including claims for project delay, compensation and payment claims, cost overruns, change order disputes, design/construction deficiencies and defects, mechanic’s lien foreclosure and worksite injuries. He represents clients in both residential and commercial construction defect cases in complex, multi-party matters. Alexander has a background in construction from his time prior to law school that has allowed him to specialize in all cases related to the construction industry.

In addition to his litigation practice, Alexander also handles significant transactional projects for his construction and real estate clients, including formulating and negotiating contracts, including traditional and highly specialized approaches to contract drafting and client deliverables. Alexander has also advised his clients on administering ongoing construction projects, claim avoidance, and other transactional matters.

Alexander graduated from Loyola Law School in 2017 and received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, where he majored in History. When he is not practicing, Alexander enjoys golf, board games, baseball, and reading.
