Alex Spellman is Of Counsel in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. He is experienced in wage/hour representative actions inclusive of class action lawsuits, multi-plaintiff lawsuits, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) lawsuits, and litigates all aspects of such matters.

Prior to focusing his practice on representative actions, Alex focused on single plaintiff matters such as whistleblower and discrimination cases. Alex is experienced at handling complex civil litigation in different industries such as hospitality and retail and brings a wider knowledge of additional matters such as traditional labor law and bankruptcy law to help wherever needed.
