Alexandra Retherford’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, fidelity and crime insurance coverage, and cyber security.

Prior to joining the form, Alexandra worked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) where she was an attorney in their Department of Enforcement.

Alexandra conducted complex investigations into securities law violations and FINRA rules, including fraud, market manipulation, and anti-money laundering failures.
