Alexandra L. Rotondo is Senior Counsel in the Hartford office of GRSM and is a member of the Insurance and Product & General Liability practice groups. She handles a broad range of litigation matters in the areas of premises liability, negligence and personal injury, professional liability, and insurance defense. Alexandra also has experience handling a variety of commercial disputes involving breach of contract, product liability, unfair business practices, employment matters, and bad faith allegations. She has represented a diverse range of clients from multinational corporations, insurance companies, hospitals, and national retailers, to small businesses and individual medical providers in every aspect of the litigation process before Massachusetts and Rhode Island state courts.
- Obtained defendant’s verdict on behalf of a major national retail chain in a premises liability action.
- Successfully drafted and argued motion for summary judgment dismissing national retailer from negligence claim in Massachusetts Superior Court.
- Obtained dismissal of medical malpractice action against hospital and multiple physicians.
